Livn and City Sightseeing Worldwide announced a new and exciting global technology and distribution partnership at the benchmark Arival tours & activities event in Las Vegas.
This partnership will enable travel agents and other resellers to issue mobile tickets for City Sightseeing’s open-top double-decker bus tours in more than 100 locations across six continents.
The integration via the Livn API eliminates the need for travel resellers to issue paper vouchers to consumers who will instead have the confirmed booking and unique code sent directly to their mobile phone – saving time and eliminating waste.
When a customer arrives at the booked activity, the operator will simply scan the code on their phone to validate their pre-booked ticket.
