Goki is a software provider that builds digital services for hostel owners around the world.
Alongside pushing Goki's technology to its customer base which includes a social network for travellers to communicate with one another within their hostel, Goki's tool kit includes digital key services, online check-in facilities and ancillary services - all via a property-branded mobile app.
Goki wanted a solution that could use the geolocation of their Goki app users to surface and transact targeted offerings of tours, activities & attractions within the app whilst they are checked into the hostel.
The company was looking for a way to increase app usage and generate additional revenue from their large user base.
Offering in-app experiences was an obvious direction given that their users are always in search for ‘things to do’ while travelling.
